What’s the difference between SPC and WPC? Are they the same as LVP?

Good question!

SPC stands for Stone-Plastic Composite. These floors have a rigid core infused with limestone, which means they’re ultra-durable and great for high-traffic areas (think living rooms and hallways).

WPC stands for Wood-Plastic Composite. These floors have a rigid core infused with wood flour, which means they’re a bit more springy and great for cozier areas like bedrooms and bathrooms.

LVP stands for Luxury Vinyl Plank, which is an umbrella term that includes SPC and WPC. For more info on the best types of vinyl flooring, check out this article.

Are Doma floors water-resistant?

All of our vinyl plank products are 100% waterproof, pet-proof and kid-friendly.

Are Doma floors scratch resistant?

All of our vinyl plank products are scratch resistant.

Where are Doma floors made?

We source our flooring from various top manufacturers around the globe. In fact, they’re the exact same manufacturers that make flooring for all of the top flooring brands. We just sell our floors without the markup.

Why don't you show pricing?

Although we love seeing our products in consumers' homes, we do not sell direct to consumer. We sell to select retailers and they set their own prices.

If you are interested in purchasing our floors, you can reach out to any of our retailers here. All of our retailers ship nationwide so if there is not a store near you, feel free to call the closest store.

Where To Buy

Where can I buy Doma flooring?

We sell our products at independent flooring retailers that we’ve hand-picked for their quality and customer experience. Find a Retailer near you.

What if I don’t live near one of those retailers?

No worries! You can find a retailer near you or feel free to contact us.

For general inquiries you can email info@domaflooring.com or call 908-543-4731.

The fastest way to reach us though is to just shoot us an email!

Warranty Information

What kind of warranty does Doma offer?

We stand behind (and on top of) every one of our floors. That’s why all Doma products come with a standard lifetime limited warranty.

Installation

How do you install Doma flooring?

We recommend reaching out to the local retailer you bought it from to help you professionally install it or to send you the installation instructions.

Other

I’ve heard LVP is bad for the environment. Is that true?

Some lower-quality LVP brands can emit VOCs, which can be hazardous to the environment and your health. Our floors, on the other hand, are made with 100% virgin plastic—meaning they’re low in VOCs. In fact, we only offer low-VOC and VOC-free options. And all of our floors can be recycled at the end of their lifespan.

I got Doma flooring shipped to my house from a retailer, but it has a different name on the box. What happened?

This happens in rare cases but we know this can be confusing.

Since the start of COVID shipping has been crazy and it has been even crazier for us to keep up with demand. To make sure that we don't delay your flooring project, we sometimes use a box with our internal names for products on it. You can always match up the SKU number and specs to the information on our product page to be assured it is the right product.

If you have any questions about your delivery or want to 2x check in these cases, feel free to contact us.
